Cultural Strategist, Programme Lead, and
Artistic Researcher.

Working across cultural policy, artistic production, and critical research between the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

I work at the intersection of cultural strategy, programme leadership, and artistic research, shaping initiatives that connect institutional frameworks with social, cultural, and artistic practices.

Drawing on a transnational perspective rooted in Algeria, Kuwait, and the UK, my work explores how identities, public spaces, and cultural systems are negotiated within postcolonial contexts.

Selected Works

I design and lead cultural programmes, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the arts sector, working with institutions, festivals, and organisations to develop projects that combine artistic innovation with social and institutional impact.

artistic RESEARCH

Alongside my strategic practice, I maintain an active research portfolio exploring masculinity, spatial memory, and postcolonial cultural dynamics through performance-based, archival, and participatory methodologies.

collaborations

I collaborate with cultural institutions, public bodies, and international partners to design programmes, develop strategic initiatives, and facilitate research-led projects that respond to complex social and cultural contexts.

writing & Talks

I write and speak on cultural systems, artistic research, diasporic practice, and the politics of space and memory.

Through publications, invited talks, and conference presentations, I contribute to critical conversations across institutional, academic, and independent platforms, bridging cultural policy, performance-based inquiry, and postcolonial analysis.
